Craftsmen, you find that you have done many types of trades or do you tend to stick to what you know?

I am a little of many things! How about you? How do you deep dive into a profession in terms of time and money before moving on to another job? Do you usually finish what you start? I was born into a family cunning. I tried: Jewelry Beads Crochet Patchwork Paper casting manufacturing paper paper art book Making Altered Art Domino books microscope slide art sewing (41 years!) Small upholstery and more! What do you think?

I tried quite a few craft in my life ... I look back and reflect. I have my craft room arranged in a vertical shelving areas or stations and define the different types. I have a great section for making beads and jewerlry I enjoy and I get quite a few references and some recent applications. I sew and the needle and the presser foot hum fascinate me. I'm alive! I have crocheted for years. Like work with bright colors and eye-catching. Once I was myself a handbag hook to our pool where we lived and ended up getting orders for 35 awards before it's over! I touched the quilt and my love of quilting being done yoyos. I make hairbows for little girls for our Christmas Shoe boxes for Operation Christmas Child to the church. My 14 year old daughter and myself Strips made of beads and jewelry expenses for these shoe boxes too. I did pack fabric baby blankets and even matching purse. My mother knitted 175 hats 77 years for these shoe boxes too. The craft is genetic! I'm really making maps with stuff like buttons, twirling and croquet. I love making bookmarks and include them with a good book for gifts for close friends and family. When I had my daughter and lived colic for nearly six months, I developed ways to craft the computer to soothe my frazzled nerves. I drew hundreds of magnets with graphic design business cards ... the magnetism of our new church, magnets for shower tokens, magnets for resturants and my brain does not stop Never try to create. I am now cancer free 14 years and I promised the Lord that I would use all my God-given talents to serve and help others. I do not finish many projects today. In the past, I would quit and the store, but now since my craft responds to a real I feel more inclined to make my projects.
