Red Pre

Can I use Garnier Pre Lightner on red hair to get it bck to the original blonde that it is?

I have died red hair, that is natural blonde, it is now a reddish brown, and I used a blonde die on it but nothing happened. I wanted to get it back to blonde and wondered if using the pre lightner would work and would it cause my hair to go even more ginger or back to blonde?

It depends how long the red has been on your hair, but it will not strip the red out completely anyway. It should lighten it quite a bit though, and then you will have to put another dye on, pick a shade lighter, (and pick an ash tone to combat the red tones left in your hair) than your natural blonde, and that should pretty much come out near your natural colour. Personally I would not try to do this yourself, cos it can be a bit dodgy, you would be better putting it in the hands of a good hairdresser. Good luck x
