How hard is it to put a soft top on a Jeep Wrangler?

My jeep came with a hard top which we took off. It rarely rains but we just have the soft top canvas and none of the other hardware! Once I find those parts, how long does it take to do the assembly?
I don't mean putting up the top once the hardware is on it. 2 hours sounds about right for installing the hardware?

if you have the older style jeeps then you might have to drill to atach some of the necessary hardware to be able to put on the soft top. it might take a bit because you have to lay out everything and make ure your puting everything where it goes. as far as time might be an hour or two. now the top itself attaches with these circle clips an the back side and top of the winsheild. the side and back plastic windows just zip right in and are very easy. you might get lucky and find the tops with side holders also. those are easy to becaise they use a long plastic on the side that goes into a channel. all you got to do there is just strech the top and it fits in. i guess it depends really on the year and top you have.
