Dark Blue
What do the colors work better with the dark blue / gray eyes?
I have dark gray / blue eyes, and I'm looking a new way to do this summer. In the past, I used dark eyeliner pencils blue, gray and black, but they noticed that they tend to smudge throughout the day. All recommendations for the eyes?
Opposed. They differ more when you put a color on them. So NOT turquoise.
